What is Brand Your Own?

How do I upload my logo?

Upload your artwork during the ordering process using the upload option provided.

What file types do you accept?

AI and EPS vector artwork are preferred. PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG files may also be suitable.

What if I don't have print-ready artwork?

Our artwork team can help prepare or recreate your logo where required.

Will I receive an artwork proof?

Yes. Every personalised order receives a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Can I change my artwork after approval?

Changes can only be made before production starts.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most personalised products have minimum order quantities. Quantity discounts apply on many items.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product and are shown on individual product pages.

Can I reorder previous artwork?

Yes. Once approved, we can normally use your existing artwork for future orders.

Can I return personalised products?

Because they are custom-made, once they have been personalised, they cannot be returned.
